If you cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled class, you will receive store credit only. No monetary refunds will be issued.
This policy applies only to one-day workshops and does not apply to certificate courses.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund, store credit, or transfer under any circumstances, as our classes have limited seating and require advance preparation.
Certificate Courses
All fees paid for certificate courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation, as seats are reserved exclusively for enrolled students.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled class without prior notice, no refund, credit, or makeup class will be provided.

Our cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, traffic, weather conditions, personal emergencies, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Sending a Replacement
For one-day workshops only, if you are unable to attend, you may send a friend or family member in your place. Please notify us in advance with their name and contact details.
Late Arrival Policy
All classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Participants are expected to arrive 10–15 minutes before the class.
If you arrive late, the class will continue as scheduled. Any portion of the syllabus, curriculum, demonstrations, or instructions missed due to late arrival will not be repeated or explained separately.
Excessive late arrival may result in being unable to participate in certain activities at the instructor’s discretion.
Minimum Enrolment
All classes are subject to a minimum number of enrolments. If the minimum requirement is not met, Culinary Craft reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the class. In such cases, participants may choose to transfer their booking to another date or receive a full refund.
Age Requirement
Unless otherwise specified, participants must be 16 years of age or older to attend our classes.
Separate workshops and programs are available for younger participants where applicable.
Personal Belongings
Culinary Craft is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings brought onto the premises. Participants are requested to keep their valuables with them at all times.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable learning environment for everyone.
Culinary Craft reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund, credit, or transfer will be provided.
Force Majeure
Culinary Craft shall not be held liable for cancellations, postponements, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government regulations, natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, power outages, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such situations, classes may be rescheduled to a later date.
Class Cancellation by Culinary Craft
Culinary Craft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.
We will make every effort to provide as much advance notice as possible.
If a class is cancelled by Culinary Craft, participants may choose to:
Receive a full refund, or
Transfer their payment to another class or future date.
Photography & Videography
Photos and videos may be taken during classes for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes.
By attending a class, you consent to the use of such photographs and videos by Culinary Craft.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform our team before the class begins.
