It is a weekday programme running over two focused weeks at our kitchen studio in Mumbai, where every session is hands-on and led by experienced professional chefs. You cook real dishes with real ingredients from day one, building technique and confidence in a kitchen that is set up for exactly this kind of learning. The course suits anyone stepping into professional cooking for the first time, as well as those who already cook non-vegetarian food at home and want the skills and certification to take it further. Whether your goal is a career in a professional kitchen, your own catering or cloud kitchen venture, or simply cooking non-vegetarian food at a level you are genuinely proud of, this course gives you the training and the government recognised certification to do it properly. All ingredients, equipment, a printed recipe booklet, and examination fees are included in the course
