The curriculum covers six cuisine categories including international sauces, Italian, Chinese, Middle Eastern, Mexican, and Thai cooking, each taught with the depth and technique that a professional setting demands. Every session is practical, led by experienced chefs who focus on building real understanding of how these cuisines work rather than just running through recipes. This course is a good fit for anyone who has grown up eating Indian food and wants to finally cook international food the way it tastes in a proper kitchen, as well as for those starting a home kitchen, tiffin service, or food business where international vegetarian cooking is part of what they plan to offer. All ingredients, equipment, a printed recipe booklet, and examination fees are included in the course fee, and you complete the programme with a government recognised
