The class takes you through the techniques and approaches that define continental cooking, from how sauces are built to how proteins are treated and cooked to the right result. You cook throughout the session and eat what you make at the end. This workshop suits anyone who enjoys eating continental food and wants to be able to cook it well at home, as well as those who are looking to expand their cooking beyond Indian cuisine into a style
