The class takes you through the full process of making non-vegetarian biryani and pulav properly, covering the layering technique, the spice balance, the rice cooking, and the dum process that separates a well-made biryani from everything else. Biryani is a dish that many people eat regularly but fewer know how to cook well at home, and this workshop is built to change that. By the end of the session you will have cooked and eaten the real thing from scratch, with a recipe you can take home and
