The class covers the cooking methods, spice profiles, and techniques that define Indian non-vegetarian cooking and gives you the practical skills to replicate them at home. You cook throughout the session and eat what you have prepared as a group at the end. This workshop is suited to anyone who enjoys Indian non-vegetarian food and wants to move beyond the basics, as well as those who cook non-veg at home already and want to improve their results with
