Artisanal cookies are a different product from the everyday home-baked variety. The texture, the spread, the finish, and the flavour are all the result of specific techniques and ratios that most home bakers do not learn until someone shows them directly. This session does exactly that. A professional chef guides you through the full process, covering dough preparation, mix-ins, shaping, chilling, and baking to produce cookies that have the look and quality of a proper bakery. The workshop is a good fit for home bakers who want to improve their results, aspiring bakers building a product range, and anyone who has tried making cookies at home and wanted them to come out better.
