The curriculum covers breads, puff pastry, Danish pastry, tarts, cakes, cookies, desserts, and tea time cakes, all taught by experienced professional chefs across both practical and theory sessions. The course is built for people who are serious about baking at a professional level, whether the goal is a position in a hotel or bakery kitchen, launching a home baking business, supplying to cafes and cloud kitchens, or simply developing a deep, certified understanding of the craft. Every session is hands-on, which means you spend your time at the bench baking, not watching. The progression across the month builds skill systematically so that by the end you have worked across the full range of products the course covers and understand both the technique and the science behind them. All ingredients, equipment, a printed recipe booklet, and examination fees are included, and you complete the programme with a government recognised
