The course covers breads, puff pastry, Danish pastry, tarts, cakes, cookies, desserts, and tea time cakes, all taught hands-on by experienced professional chefs. The Sunday format is designed for working professionals, homemakers, students, and anyone who wants to pursue a certified baking education without stepping away from their weekday commitments. Each session builds on the previous one, and the pacing across 10 Sundays gives you enough time between sessions to absorb what you have learned and come back ready to progress. The course concludes with a government recognised certification, and all ingredients, equipment, a printed recipe booklet, and examination fees are included in the course
